Cheese - 8-12 oz. serving of cheese per person for the event and at least
1-2 oz. serving of each different cheese per person.
Wine - 750ml = 5 glasses. 1 case of 750ml = 12 bottles = 60 glasses
Serving Suggestion - Many cheeses taste better close to or at room temperature.
Pull these out of the refrigerator an hour or so before serving.
